RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:

Any claim will be accepted within a span of three days from the time of delivery. And with the proof video that should be made while opening the parcel.

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected, or incomplete (a claim can only be made with video proof while the opening of the parcel no claim will be accepted without video ).
  • The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
  • Stones colors may slightly vary according to availability/change of lighting in videos and photographs thus no exchange claim will be entertained in this regard.
  • We always prefer to get your size done with jewelers for perfect-fit rings as they are exclusively made rings for you. In case you get your size done according to our tutorial with the help of our representative and the size comes out wrong. we will proceed with the exchange process. ( sizing guide link)
  • No exchange or refund will be provided if you don’t like the design. all videos uploaded on our social media are filter free for a better idea about the product.
  • No exchange or refund will be provided if you choose your size BY YOURSELF from the size grid and it comes out wrong.
  • Repolishing service can be provided depending on the condition of the ring within and after seeing its usage within the span of 1 month only.
  • We don’t offer Rhodium services for now but in different cases, you are always welcome to contact us via WhatsApp and we will try our best to accommodate your query with minimum charges.
  • Any order with customization is not entitled to exchange ( color, engraving, or customized articles )

APPLICATION OF EXCHANGE PROCESS.

If the issue falls any of the above conditions we will process an exchange

  • In case of the missing item, the missing item will be shipped to you as soon as possible
  • In case of missing the damaged article (stone) is, we will ask you to send it back to us. delivery charges will be given by the Unasa team. we will fix the issue and send it to you back.
  • In case of a size issue, if in case the size doesn’t match the measurements you sent following our tutorial. we will ask the customer to send us the ring back along with a sample ring (which was used for the following measurement tutorial ). or send us pictures comparing both on our email address. And our representative will get back to you. The claim can be made within a span of three days only.
  • If exchange applies the product should be unused, in its original packaging, and with sticker tags on it. 

DO YOU OFFER A REFUND? 

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.
  • In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 
  • The minimum period for processing a refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.

TIP:

  • Always make sure to choose the correct size before ordering rings. Either get it done from a jewelry shop or get help from our representatives. a small effort will save you from future hassle.
  • We won’t be able to take out the size by looking at hand images thus follow the proper tutorial.
  • They are hand-crafted and custom sizes made rings therefore change or alteration of size is not possible in case you select the wrong size
  • We try our best to upload as close images and videos as possible thus shine, color, or spark differences may occur.
